Welcome to the SAJS!

Thank you for your interest in the Society for Arthritic Joint Surgery. The Society is comprised of orthopaedic surgeons with special interest in total joint arthroplasty. Our membership is diverse, not only geographically but in practice settings as well. The group remains small (numbering in the 50's) to insure its tradition and founding principles that include sharing of experiences and knowledge, camaraderie, and social activities.

Membership is by invitation only. Spouses play an integral part in the Annual Meeting generally held in October at locations across the country. Recent venues are Yosemite National Park,  Bay Harbor, Michigan, The Broadmoor in Colorado Springs, Colorado, and The The Ritz Carlton in Naples, Florida to name a few.

Our meeting in 2012 is scheduled for September 26-30 at the Prince George Hotel in Halifax, Nova Scotia.  Reservation info is on the Hotel page of the website.
